Delivery & Returns
Delivery rates:
We use Australia Post to deliver products throughout Australia. There is no delivery fee for orders above $100.
- Standard Shipping - $10.00 (2 to 8 business days)
- Express Shipping = $15.00 (1 to 4 business days)
Office Pickup from our Office at Flinders st, Victoria from Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm.
Delivery Time Estimates:
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
✔️ Unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging
✔️ Must be in the same condition as received
✔️ Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at admin@indozieconnection.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

🚨 Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not cover return shipping expenses unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We will review the issue promptly and work towards a resolution.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
